Persimmon Council
The
mission of the Persimmon Council is to support and enhance the growth
and development of YWCA Bristol and the women and children the YWCA
serves through volunteer services, education and community outreach and
resource development.
If you are, have been, or want to be involved in the YWCA, this is a
great opportunity for you---without the commitment of meetings or
duties. Among the many programs serving children, teens, women,
families, and elderly, there is surely a way for you to share your
talents through volunteerism. In addition to volunteer opportunities,
the Persimmon Council offers special events just for women to get
together and HAVE FUN! The only requirement is that you be a current
member of YWCA Bristol and fill out an application form/interest sheet.
