Step - 30 minutes of cardio using the step , modifications are taught so that beginners as well as advanced exercisers can participate . Cardio Intervals – You won’t know till it starts ! Cardio Circuit – This class will take you through a variety of cardio and sometimes strength stations to make you Sweat ! Sweat ! Sweat !!! Flex & Tone - A class that uses lighter weights , exercise tubing and the stability ball to tone the body as well as increase flexibility. P&T Express - A Total Body Strength Training Workout using a variety of methods. Abs & Buns – This class will tighten and tone those problem zones . Upper Body – Tank Top weather is on it’s way ! Legs!!! - We”ll work you from your hips to your toes ! 15 minute abs- What can 15 minutes do ? Come in and find out !
