All classes are 30 minutes in length and included in membership unless otherwise specified .

Abs & Buns: The name says it all! This express class targets women's most problematic areas like a laser!

Arms & Abs: Hit two target areas in one class! Learn new ways to tone your abs & arms in this class for all fitness levels.

Barbell Challenge: Safely challenges you to exceed your own expectations. Realize the strength you didn't know you have!

Cardio Circuit: Get in and out in 30 minutes while getting your heart pumping AND strength training for maximal toning.

Group Circuit: Get your heart pumping with a variety of fun, energizing group exercises led by a motivating instructor!  

Total Body Tone: An incredibly efficient class that will tone the target zones of all your major muscles groups for an all over toned body!

Upper Body Strength: Learn new ways to tone your arms, chest, and upper back with guided instruction from our fitness professional. Class appropriate for all fitness levels.
