*30 minute Express classes :

4 week session 1x per week = $8/members,$16/non-members

Abs & Buns Express

A 30 minute workout designed to tighten and tone those problem zones !

Pump & tone

A 60 minute total body strength training workout that incorporates the use of the step, the stability ball, exercise tubing and free weights.

Pump & tone express

A 30 minute strength training workout designed for those participants who prefer a shorter workout . This class will compliment the Turkey Trot Training as well as those who do cardio on their own .

Pilates

Whether you’re an elite athlete or a pure beginner , you can
benefit from this class ! The non- impact resistance moves eliminate stress on your joints, making Pilates safe, versatile, and effective for all ages and fitness levels. Simultaneously strengthened and lengthened, your muscles become longer and leaner allowing for optimal strength and flexibility .
 

Cardio Pump
A 60 minute cardio interval class that has it all. Heart pumping cardio with a variety of strength training segments, which include the step, weights, tubing and stability ball.
 

Belly dancing
A unique form of exercise designed to target the mid section of the body. The focus is on isolated movements of individual parts of the body with little notice given to the foot steps.


Peak Performance

Agility, Power, and speed are emphasized in this high intensity athletic workout.  Participants of all levels are welcome.

Cardio Kickboxing

A workout designed for participants looking for a mid to high intensity workout . A wide variety of cardio and kickboxing techniques will used to get your heart pumping and get those bodies tight .
